I have always loved to dance, it never fails to make me smile and pump up my mood! When I found Zumba I was so excited!! I personally feel that the best way to lose some pounds and improve your mood is to shimmy and shake what your momma gave you! My sister inspired and encouraged me to become a certified Zumba instructor, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have been teaching for about 4 years now and I love it more and more all of the time. I love seeing all the smiling faces in my classes and hearing stories of how their health, stamina and rhythm has improved since the start of taking my class. I am so happy that I can share my love of dance and fitness with all of the wonderful people I’ve met and will meet in the future!
