About Zumba for Autism Eats

One in 68 children in the United States has an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and there are 200,000 cases in the United States per year. Autism is a serious developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact. Both of my nephews, Landon and Hunter, were diagnosed on the spectrum.

Armani Thao started the Zumbathon® for Autism Eats charity event as a way of doing something to help raise awareness and to do something in dedication of the two most important children in my life.

Autism Eats is a an amazing local charity that supports and connects families that are involved in the Autism Community. Autism Eats provides autism-friendly, non-judgmental environments for family dining, socializing and connecting with others who share similar joys and challenges. Their mission and vision is something that I truly support.

Zumbathon® for Autism Eats will help raise money and awareness for a cause that is near and dear to me and local members of the Autism Community. Zumbathon® charity events is a fun way to help raise awareness, work-out, dance, socialize and to contribute to the community. Our mission is to create a fun, effective way to work-out, to connect families in the Autism Community and to raise awareness and acceptance.
